There just isn't much happening. The jump to 3D was the most interesting thing that's happened across all of my classes, and its still not super interesting. I'm very behind on my work in this class though. I really should have been paying more attention when all work was "supplementary". The games industry toils on, producing what it can and birthing ideas for when this quarantine is over. I'm sure Steam is making a killing right now. People are always putting Steam down for having the monopoly on online game purchases, but I think its a great service. It sells games for dirt cheap, keeps it's users involved, and it's lack of quality control allows anybody to show off their game. Of course, it's lack of quality control also means a lack of quality. I still think the pros outweigh the cons.

I think it's pretty obvious what this drawing is supposed to represent. I'm not invested at all in politics or anything like that. I can say however that people started acting stupid as soon as they could. I am absolutely sick (no pun intended) of people being stupid. Argument after argument, contamination, its an endless cycle of terrible ideas and dumb suggestions. All this panic over something that's probably going to be forgotten within the next ten years. It wasn't the deadliest outbreak or the scariest, it was just another blip in history where an outbreak happened.
I think 3D graphics aren't too bad. I'm definitely going to get sick of them eventually though. Quarantine has radically changed the releases in the games industry. Its interesting because games that were finished before quarantine that only needed to come out have it made. Since we're all stuck inside a new game is sure to sell like hotcakes. But games that were being developed during quarantine have been put on hold. You'd think that a job that only requires you to do work on a computer would be doable from home, but I guess not. There's not a whole lot to say in times like these.
